Over and over there is case after case in the Old Testament of God’s children going to Him in prayer and His answering those prayers. Jeremiah 29:12 “In those days, when you pray I will listen.” And Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call to me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things which you do not know.” God has not changed. He still answers prayer.

Prayer is our incredible line of communication with God and you
certainly do not need this webpage for God to hear your prayers. God hears every prayer you utter in the name of His son Jesus Christ. There is however no doubt that Christians joining together in prayer moves the heart and hand of God. Old and New Testament stories abound showing us many incidents where God’s people came together to pray and great and mighty things happened afterwards.
Remember the walls of Jericho? Or how about 2 Chronicles 20 when Jehoshaphat calls all the people from all the towns of Judah to fast and pray? The armies of Judah did not even raise their swords and still triumph thanks to prayer. Paul and Silas in Acts 16:25-26 were in jail and prayed and sang praises to God then the bible says a great earthquake came and the jail gates were opened and everyone’s chains fell off. Not just Paul and Silas’s chains but everyone’s!

God does amazing things when believers of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ join together and seek His face. Many Christians underestimate the power of prayer. If we will join together, we will see God do great and mighty things which we do not know. Allow believers to pray for you.
Then stand firm and watch God move on your behalf.
